Requirements
Must have Grade 12 and Biology.1 year experience. Competencies: Computer skills. Excellent client relation skills. Good planning and organisation skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment. Team player.
Duties
Record, organize, store, capture and retrieve correspondence and data. Update registers and statistics. Handling incoming permit applications and correspondence. Issuing permits, filing and keeping records. Assisting in compiling annual reports, tracking referred applications, verifying application fees payments and procurement of goods and services according to Government procedures. Keep and maintain record of asset register of the Directorate. Provide financial administration support services in the Directorate. Render general administrative/clerical support services to the Directorate. Keep and maintain filing system for the Directorate. Stock control of office stationery.
